Guarding your organizational philosophy is one of the most important things you will do in business.  If you are the owner of your business, you are the last line of defense.  The company must move in the direction of your vision, if not, you will burnout.

Certainly, be open to suggestions from employees, but you cannot turn over your responsibility to them.  Your employees will never care about your business as deep as you do, and it’s not fair to expect them to.
