Algebra sucks!! It’s pointlessly complicated.  Why would you add letters to a problem you can solve with simple addition or subtraction?  Yet, we do this in business all the time.  We have an excellent plan, an excellent team in place to execute the plan, and we complicate it with worry, doubt, and stress of things that haven’t even happened.  I can’t guarantee results, but I can guarantee that if you keep complicating and not moving, you will not reach your goals.
